Me and a buddy of mine worked in the deli-bakery dept of a grocery store together when this came out. We'd yell this back and forth, either one of us being Fred and the other Zhhhimmy. It started off on-script, but then after a day it went to "Hey Zhhhimmy! Gimme a cheese with a picture of Ed Norton on it!". "Norton??" Then from there it went totally off the rails what the cheese was with. Fun times in the mid-late 80s...

After Fred is giving the kids the string cheese, why does Shimmy still have to give that angry/confused look at Fred like he's saying "why are you giving them string cheese which is not for sale?!" I'm sure his confusion after saying "nothing" should have went away since he should have known then that it was string cheese that the blond hair kid wanted.

Actually, his name is Shimmy, not Jimmy but yes, that's funny. Some people say here that it looks like he got stabbed in the neck by a knife and died and some people say he looks like he got hung and died. However, I don't know why he is looking like that at 0:20 since he said at "nothing" with confusion but once Fred gave the kids "string cheese" that should have cleared Shimmy's confusions knowing that they wanted "string cheese."
