A heartbroken lover takes it upon herself to turn the tables on her cheating male partner. The story takes place during the extreme slow-moving moment of the boyfriend opening a bedroom door and finding his non-remorseful girlfriend standing (seemingly waiting) before him with his close male friend asleep in bed. There is an obvious assumption that an intimate experience has just finished taking place. While sharing with the listener that the main character was returning the pain of infidelity, it is stated that there is a gun present in the room. It is then left up to the listener's imagination to decide if the unfaithful man's mind is "blown away" by what he has now seen and/or if the damaged female used her gun to do so.
