The band was originally composed of the siblings Sole and Juan Luis Giménez, and their friend Pablo Gomez. In the same year 1983, they won a radio contest and their first recording, Danzad, Danzad Malditos, appeared one year later under the RCA label. But the record company forced them to write more commercial songs outside their style, and they left in 1986 to work with an independent label, Discos Intermitentes. Pablo Gomez left the group and Javier Vela arrived to replace him. Later, Nacho Maño replaced Vela.
In 2006 they decided to split ways after Sole Giménez announced her solo carreer. Later in 2008, they included a new voice -Lydia- and made a re-appearance with a new album of original songs called "Sera".

Presuntos Implicados Lyrics

Quiero comprender
Te veo triste y siento un soplo en tus labios
Que funde mi voluntad
Asoman risas a tus labios
The lyrics of Presuntos Implicados's song, Asoma El Llanto, are a beautiful exploration of mixed emotions experienced by the singer towards someone they care deeply about. The first stanza presents a melancholic mood, as the singer notices tears in the eyes of their loved one and wants to understand the reason behind it. They feel a sense of vulnerability and surrender, as a soft breath from the lips of their loved one makes them lose their willpower. In the second stanza, there is a sudden shift in tone as the singer notices laughter on the lips of their loved one, and feels a bit confused as to why they are happy. But the happiness of their loved one brings about a sweet fragrance that overwhelms the singer's humility.
The chorus expresses the idea that their loved one is like a warm southern wind, a poem, or a timely shadow. The third stanza shifts to a dream-like state, where the singer sees their loved one sleeping and feels vibrancy in their words that makes them speechless. The chorus, again, emphasizes how their loved one has woven a net that the singer cannot break, much like a bird whose wings cannot beat against the wind. Overall, the lyrics convey the complex and contradictory emotions that come with caring for someone deeply.
