The lyrics to Primus and Ween's song "Fantasy" talks about the state of mind where a person is tired of his current situation and wants to fantasize about something better. It starts with the singer acknowledging the ragged state of the person he's singing to and telling them they can do better. He then asks if they think they are allowed to be his.
The second verse has a more surreal and dreamlike feel to it. The person he's singing to is walking inside an orchard, and his fantasy is shining on his white leather. The imagery painted is whimsical, almost like Alice in Wonderland. The chorus comes back and reiterates the fantasy aspect of the song, with the wild horse flying and the broken jars of blood being a person's fantasy.

Hope you feel better soon prayers and best wishes for your physical and mental health. Health problems really suck and dealing with the insurance companies and all the doctors is even worse. I have been trying to cope with them for half my life and they are bigger headaches than the health problems almost. Good luck and honestly the best relief I have found for both the physical and especially the mental pain and agony and stress and frustration has been good music like Ween. Good luck and I hope everything gets better.
