I remember sleeping on a mattress on the dirty floor
I vividly recall the impoverished living conditions I once endured, lying on a dirty mattress laid on the floor.

Thinking why is 80 million people in this country poor
I couldn't help but wonder why such a large population in this country were living in poverty, a reflection of my concern for the high rate of poverty in my country.

Like what do the politicians do with all the fucking money
I couldn't help but wonder what politicians do with the significant resources at their disposal after observing their failure to properly allocate resources towards reducing poverty rates and improving standards of living for the population.

If they distribute the wealth I’m pretty sure there would be plenty
I firmly believe that if government officials could distribute the wealth in a manner that is consistent with improving people's lives, there would be enough resources to help reduce the high poverty levels in the country.

So I saved up every penny packed my bags moved to LA
I diligently saved every penny for the express purpose of moving to Los Angeles, where I could grow my career and expand my sphere of influence to better inspire change.

So that when I make it I will have the power to bring change
My goal of attaining success was driven by my need to increase my ability to effect change at a larger scale when I become influential in the entertainment industry.

Never quitting
I have a steadfast commitment to following through with my aspirations regardless of the obstacles that may arise, reflected through my unwavering pursuit of my goals.

I have no problem admitting
I don't feel ashamed of expressing my concerns and vulnerabilities, allowing me to seek assistance and improve my situation.

That sometimes I want to give in
I sometimes feel like giving up in the face of adversity and challenges.

But I keep a tunnel vision
Nevertheless, I remain focused on my goals, allowing me to overcome challenges and remain determined to succeed.

I don't reminisce
I do not waste time dwelling on past hardships.

My focus is on achieving financial success, which I see as a means of generating greater impact in my career and pushing for social change.

Gave everything I own away
I made a significant sacrifice by giving away all my personal possessions.

Then I packed my suitcase
Following this, I packed my only belongings in a suitcase and left my old life behind.

Then I ran to the plane
I moved decisively and quickly to start a new life and pursue my dreams.

I couldn’t sleep on the plane
Despite being on a plane, my worries and anxiety about the future kept me from sleeping.

Then I land LAX
I finally arrived at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Was begging rides at LAX
I had no transportation and was forced to ask for rides from strangers to get around the city.

Was homeless for like a week
I was without a permanent residence for a few days, leading to a period of homelessness when I first arrived.

Then I got on my feet
Despite this, I persisted and worked hard to establish myself in the city, eventually finding a foothold for my career and personal life.

But to this day I haven’t unpacked
I still live with a sense of transience and don't feel fully rooted in my current home.

That's why I don't never slack
I remain motivated and focused on making progress so that I can achieve greater stability in my personal and professional life.

My family depend on me
My family looks to me for guidance and support, which is a significant motivator for me to succeed.

I send my checks overseas
I contribute to supporting my family by sending financial support to them overseas.

Failure not an option
I can't afford to fail given the high stakes involved and the pressure and expectations placed on me.

Doubters is so dead to me just tell them to keep watching
I don't allow naysayers to get to me, instead keeping my focus on achieving my goals, with the confidence that my work will speak for itself and prove my detractors wrong.

I won't ever quit
I am completely determined not to give up and to remain persistent in growing my career and achieving my goals.

Give me the money
My priority is on generating resources and establishing myself financially to be able to create a sustainable and impactful career.

Give me your motherfucking money
I am clear and direct about my goals and what I need to achieve them, unapologetic about my assertiveness in pursuing my ambitions.
