He has been releasing music since 1999 on labels like Merck, n5MD, and Hydrant. He started experimenting with electronic devices at the age of 19, using three thrift store turntables, some tape decks, a few garage sale Casio SK-5s, and some circuit bent bargain bin keyboards. He has released albums, EPs and remixes on labels across the IDM scene and is regarded as one of the early members of the strong US based IDM scene that started around 2000.

''about 75% of everything i’ve ever written has been about death… or now that i think about it, ennui. You name a record, or song title of mine and guess what… death. Seriously. I am in love with death.''
Sure he also add that it's just his ''goth roots are showing again''. But i'm not that sure by this. I mean the list of factors who lead me to this conclusion goes on and on. He fulfill all the criteria of a satanist… and if he don't want to come in association with satanism, then he may simply change some of those things.

@James Lorenz Besides all that, he wrote on bandcamp to his album called ''twelve tails'' as a notice (i quote):
''It's as if the spirits I had summoned, picked these twelve excerpts up from the cutting room floor, edited them down and gave them a little mastering... against my will.''
Sure, that is written as if he meant it as a joke... but i believe him this. Althought those are actually not ''spirits'' that he summoned, but rather some demons.
