They say that nigga that don't talk much is that nigga that having them large bucks
We gotta make sure we hit first no more drive-bys we do walk-ups
We on top ain't no runner up, come on outside take the chalk up
Look like I just bought the bank all this money, I'm just tryna fill my vault up

Don't ask me no questions no more interviews 'cause I don't really like to talk much
Not that I don't know how to speak you just ain't paying me enough to talk much
Not paying attention to Tweets 'cause if I see 'em I'll wanna off some
On Instagram flexing Phillippe like you the first but I been bought one
Ain't posting no drink on the internet but I'll be drinking codeine when that drought come
She said that she from Puerto Rico but after that head, I asked where that mouth from
I knew that was the outcome, ask me where I get my style from
Sherbert cookies in a Wild Rum, China plug out in Taiwan
Northside where I come from, Cuban link on top of tinted racks another Cuban link on the right arm
My niggas they don't do no talking they eyeing them niggas to see what they on
My fashion on wildin' must have a stylist but boy I put that shit on
Pull up I'm dropping the top on a dime
Wrist glitz bitch your bitch need a fix
Paranoia watching cameras, take shit with my stick
Off the jet to my shows back on jet with your bitch
She get wet out them clothes give her dick and that's it

They say that nigga that don't talk much is that nigga that having them large bucks
We gotta make sure we hit first no more drive-bys we do walk-ups
We on top ain't no runner up, come on outside take the chalk up
Look like I just bought the bank all this money, I'm just tryna fill my vault up

I make a hundred thousand on an accident
Pushing work my pockets masculine
Ain't no nigga running up to snatch this shit
I was hoping not to have to whack a bitch
I just paid 500k for the whip
I just paid 100k for the wrist
Clarity, wedding band rings on my fist
It's a charity, giving out dick to your bitch
Naked faces got me dripping lately
The choppa working whats the bitch-uation
Matchin' gator gang affiliated
Trapping out my head detonated
I stand in the pot make it incubated
Bought a plain watch I didn't want the glacier
Hop on that plane Gucci aviators
300 deep ain't no gladiators
Got a big bank in my vault
Sharpshooters on the top of roof
It's a hole in one nigga like golf
Niggas I hit throwing salt
I let the money go talk
I'm rich you can see what I bought
I'm on Saturn I'm sipping on cough
Cook the batter then send the work off

They say that nigga that don't talk much is that nigga that having them large bucks
We gotta make sure we hit first no more drive-bys we do walk-ups

We on top ain't no runner up, come on outside take the chalk up
Look like I just bought the bank all this money, I'm just tryna fill my vault up

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Quality Control's song Interview talks about the mentality of a rich and successful person who prefers not to reveal his thoughts and reveal much about his success to the public. He is aware of the cliché that the rich people are not talkative, but he acknowledges that he does not talk much because he is only interested in his lucrative ventures. The artist tells the listeners that they must make quick and effective decisions as they are at the top of their game, walking up to a targeted person to eliminate them rather than driving by. He has so much money that he is only interested in keeping it safe and securing his financial future.

The artist further highlights that he is too busy making money to respond to petty social media interactions, but he acknowledges buying an expensive watch and a wristband. He is living a lavish lifestyle as indicated by his mention of buying cars valued at half a million dollars. The lyrics underline the artist's focus on success and greed, coupled with his penchant for killing people to protect his wealth, which can be seen as an unfortunate reality in some communities.

To add, in any manufacturing industry, the "spec" based on certain parameter that should be used as reference & rules for production to follow with. Any specs comes out after a long analysis & findings based on finished goods quality standard. We as QC/QA department usually did several testing includes physical, chemical and biological test. For example, a food manufacturing producer will have to deal with HACCP standard. So, HA means =hazard analysis. Hazard can come from physical, chemical or biological events.
Thus, as QAQC, they should set a standard to ensure the production yields (this includes raw materials, online production, finished goods, logistic and transportation) are controlled under a range if specs to maintain the quality and also the safety of the product.

Then, from HACCP itself,
CCP = critical control point.
Ccp means we as QAQC should ensure that any specs we use should have this control point. I give you few examples in food industry, a sauce manufacturing. Sauce should be produced /cooked within certain temperature (90celcius for example) to ensure it is safe to eat. Its called CCP. Other example is, the ingredient used for sauce. For example the preservative used also is a CCP, and it should be control under strict guidelines. So, the weighing scale should be maintain and calibrated as per plan.

We go back to specs in controlling the quality of product.
My question is, how to produce a good sauce?
We need to maintain the visual, colour, taste, shelf life and so on. So, this can be done by having a specs to refer. In early stage, to produce sauce, person in charge should have well understanding & expertise on how to produce a good sauce. Its a trial run in small batch. Study the parameter we need to maintain the quality & what type of testing required. For example, sauce should have a good range in viscosity. So, we have to do viscosity testing. The specs? It comes after a run if small batches produced to compare the best quality we can achieved in current facility/equipment/machine we have. To finalize the BEST QUALITY usually a decision making after a discussion with R&D TEAMS, PRODUCTION TEAMS, QA QC TEAMS, SALES/MARKETING TEAMS, and so on.

Sharing experience from my 11years as QA Executive.

Hello again. Could you make a video with HR trick questions please, and how to answer it wisely? I noticed everytime an HR is in the room, I don’t get the position. When it’s only the partners of the firm, I get the job. Once an HR told me I failed at the “personnality questions”. She asked what percentage of work I would prefer and I answer that I was open for a full and part time position. She said it was not the good answer. This is really frustrating because it means there is no problem with my knowledge and experience. Thank you in advance !

I got hired! Thank you so much for this video. Although they didnt ask these specific questions, I was able to utilitze these concepts in the interview and expand upon it with examples on how I did or solved it. I got it for $22 and hour for first 3 months and $25 for FTE as a recent graduate for my first job
