El quinteto contapunto se presentó en la feris internacional de Nueva York USA, y fué tan grande su éxito que ni había espacio suficiente para las personas asistentes, aquí en Venezuela desconocíamos su música, después la demanda de sus LP 33 revoluciones fue tan amplia, que las carátulas fueron escritas con marcadores: Quinteto Contrapunto Música popular y folklórica de Venezuela, no dió tiempo a imprimirlas.
