You are the silhouette of this poem
You are the central figure, the essence, the focus of this heartfelt expression

As I caress my pen, it kisses the paper
As I tenderly touch my pen against the paper, it becomes a vessel for my emotions

And at the same time becomes a masterpiece
And in that process, it transforms into a work of art, something truly exceptional

You are the true definition of a queen
You embody the true essence and qualities of royalty, strength, and grace

But you don’t know it yet
However, you are unaware of your own worth and beauty

Because haven't found your tiara
Due to not yet discovering and embracing the symbol of your own regal power and self-confidence

The only thing you found so far were your insecurities
The only aspect you have encountered thus far are your own doubts and uncertainties

Worried more about your flaws than your perfect imperfections
Focusing excessively on your perceived flaws rather than embracing the unique beauty of your quirks and imperfections

Never knew how to do the trust fall
Never learned or experienced the ability to trust others wholeheartedly

Because you fell in love before
Since you have previously experienced the pain of falling in love and getting hurt

And when you needed someone on your side, they failed you
Furthermore, when you sought support and companionship, the person you relied on disappointed you

I tried to help you but I failed you too
I attempted to assist and support you, but unfortunately, I also fell short in my efforts

Because I had to be that nigga
This is because I felt compelled to fill a particular role, to play a specific character in your life

That nigga who idolized you more than my own idols
Being the person who worshipped and adored you even more than my own role models and inspirations

But at the same time hated you for pointing out your flaws because I would look past that
Simultaneously, however, there existed a conflict within me, for I resented you for acknowledging your imperfections, even though I saw beyond them

Sometimes can't sleep at night thinking of our flashbacks
Occasionally, I struggle to find sleep as memories of our shared moments flood my mind

Trying to simulate the what if's in my dreams
In my dreams, I attempt to create scenarios of what could have been, envisioning alternate possibilities

But reality wakes me up before my dreams find the solution
Yet, harsh reality interrupts and awakens me, preventing my dreams from discovering a satisfying resolution

But I fail to realize, the best solution already happened
However, I fail to acknowledge that the most wonderful solution has already occurred

You happened
You, your presence and impact on my life, are the answer I seek

And though it lasted for a short time
While our time together may have been brief

My love for you is forever
My affection and adoration for you are eternal

As long as our good times outweigh the bad times, then I’m content with our relationship
As long as our moments of joy and happiness surpass the difficulties we faced, I find satisfaction in our connection

That’s why you’re the silhouette of this poem
And that is precisely why you are the central figure, the defining form of this heartfelt composition
