The song "Rush" by R.Hz features a boastful and confident rap that is full of metaphors and punchlines. The first verse starts with the rapper claiming to go into "Savage Mode without Warning" and ignoring the unread messages in his inbox. He then brags about needing a surgeon to implant a heart onto his non-existent heart so he can feel something. The rapper then talks about his hustle, declaring there is no time for gratefulness and he doesn't like being careful. He is not deterred by difficult angles or surrounded by devils, not seeing any angels.
In the second verse, R.Hz voices his hunger and how he has built himself up as the founder. He is surrounded by clowns who are only good for crying about Donald Trump. The rapper then goes on to say how he is hitting home runs out of people's leagues and that he is a legend who cannot be critiqued. He continues on this arrogance by stating he is "catching fire" and "on a streak" that others can't understand. He even compares himself to Vladimir Putin and Rasputin, and if anyone doubts him, he'll get them some pudding. R.Hz then takes shots at others in the rap game, stating how he is a superstar and people should stop trying, as they won't get too far.
The third verse continues to flaunt his talent, calling himself versatile and fearless. He draws lines only to cross them, and he is in the middle of the mosh pit, getting the bag just to toss it. He is out of this "world" and has the "moon lit", and even the brand Nike told him to "just do it." The rapper then uses a clever wordplay with the phrase "Orange you glad," which is followed by a comparison to a fearless Yeezus in contrast to a Yandhi. He's not perfect and declares everything just beginning like the book of Genesis. He warns others not to get too close as they won't get the kiss or the bliss. Finally, he's off on a hunt and will shoot to kill.
