The song "Ayşem" by Rafet El Roman is a story of unrequited love and longing. The singer expresses how much he misses Ayşem and how many times he has waited for her at the same cafe, hoping that she would show up. He has a letter and a bouquet of flowers in his hands, excited and curious to see her. However, as the day turns to night and he becomes the last customer, he becomes drunk and his mood worsens.
