thats true, i do listen to this before i go to bed for a time. sometime i fall in sleep with this. its calms me down and helps me to sleep with peace. it was realy helped me. i coulndt sleep before haveing to much thoughts because of depresion and didnt want to get dependent of sleeping pils medicaments . no need for music words and thoughts,cause that will brainwash my head to much and i will be to tired even for sleeping. just listen to this, i am feeling like i am outside on a terasse that has a roof with a blanket on me and a pilow under my head. its quaet,nature, fresch air, fredom, no fear,no worries and peace. just for a time at least. what is it interesting is that it works.

I have searched a lot and we have a large amount of rain-sound videos across the internet platforms such as YouTube. However, they’re not for everyone, some have sharp sounds some have musical notes and a form of musical play. This video is my favourite by far, I have been playing this for months now and can see significant improvements in my sleep quality. Appreciate the post and stay blessed!

When I originally recorded this, I was using it for myself and found it extremely useful for sleep and relaxation so I thought I would put it on YouTube so that I could use it anywhere. It seems lots of other people have also found it to have the same benefit, I’ve tried lots of my other recordings and lots of other channels recording and I always seem to come back to this one myself so I can fully understand what you’re saying
