Overall Meaning

The lyrics to Raja Kumari's song Believe in You are inspiring and empowering. “If you don't see yourself reflected in pop culture, sometimes you just have to make a place for yourself” implies that sometimes popular culture does not represent everyone’s reality or story, and it is okay to make one’s space in the world. The current media and pop culture are dominated by narrow-minded perspectives and expectations, which is why it is crucial to be your true authentic self, which is what the next line conveys. Living authentically is key to achieving success and happiness, and it is always possible to create positive change in one’s life by following that path.

Raja Kumari emphasizes the importance of inspiring the next generation. It is the ultimate goal to inspire others to be true to themselves and follow their dreams. Young minds need role models who will encourage them to be bold, brave and experimental, and Raja Kumari’s music does precisely that. She leads the way for the younger generation to be fearless and hopeful. “Believe in You” symbolizes having major self-esteem, self-worth, self-love, and self-respect, reminding the listener that they are worth it and possess all they need to create their destiny.

Overall, "Believe in You" is about empowering and inspiring individuals to believe in themselves and their dreams, regardless of how the world may try to limit them. It is an anthem for those who feel misunderstood, marginalized or alone, encouraging them to stay true to themselves and make their way in the world.

The magic that you feel
When you open up your soul
Your dreams are now real
I Ask Some people do the most
To show, they feel some type of way
They never seen original
They grew up with the fake
Baby you a trendsetter
They gonna follow you
I just understand better
Cuz when I was you
I told all my friends that I know what to do
All I know is win, they said then what's the move
We are the body of light
That will inspire an entire lifeline
You are the key to the clouds
That block the moon
As long as you believe in you
As long as you believe in you
G.O.A.T
We're the greatest of all time
Were like a ship
We stay afloat
Even when rainstorms arise
Feels like we're fighting for the world
Trying to take it one day at a time
While people worry about their clothes
I'm trynna make sure I feed mine and minds
You gotta know
Baby you a trendsetter
They gonna follow you
I just understand better
Cuz when I was you
I told all my friends that I know what to do
All I know is win, they said then what's the move
We are the body of light
That will inspire an entire lifeline
You are the key to the clouds
That block the moon
As long as you believe in you
As long as you believe in you

I think she is not like other indian girls she is proud of brown skin color of indians. And also following Indian culture.

Dude.. Wtf.. I'm Indian and brown skinned myself and fken proud of it.. There's a reason why dark skinned people are considered exotic.. Dark skinned doesn't only mean black people.. And this is coming from an Indian woman living out of India because as a woman I notice the attention I receive in crowd full of white females.. If only other Indians would understand..

Lady Baked

Priyanka Selvanaayagam agreed.. A woman is an army in herself and that's why our society and our own parents fear us or for us.. I respect our history, culture and traditions which portraits men and women both powerful in it's own ways.. But people only see what benefits them so they can stay in their own misery and delusions.. And if anyone else is happy.. How dare they break out from it look happy.. Specially women.. 😶

lol .Its not just for girls .Its for the guys too. Infact the Indian women are more proud of it than the Indian men.How many times have you seen men wearing kurta pajamas whereas women still wear sarees and indian dress.

Lady Baked

@amrit prusty lol.. It's getting hard to find such men in India too nowadays.. 😂😂

Pia Tshering I'm sorry if you didn't get it but my point is that we are the younger ones need inspiration we need to see some one who really proud of by who they are a role model who says it's okay to be proud of your roots and it also can be cool as well. The media around us do every thing to make you give up your identity. I'm not Indian and I never been to India but I love how she inspire little amarican Indian girls that it's okay to say I have Indian roots without being ashamed of your culture. I'm Austrian Egyptian and I hope that some one told me that two years ago when I was afraid to mention my Middle Eastern roots you know why cause ones you say it the stereotype image start to show which can make the highschool a nightmare. I'm 17 and I hear the kids from my class saying (Here's the terrorist b*tch) that's only because I want to reveal my true identity and stop being that fake cool girl who pretend to be some one else just to be liked. May be you older and have more experience than me I respect your opinion but we need more proud Indian more proud Latinas , Asians and Egyptians.
I'm so sorry for this long answer but I have to say that some girls need to encourage to stop being cool and just be themselves.
And I'm sorry to if my English is not fluent.
