The lyrics to Ramón Orlando's song "Risas" speak of the pain and longing of a man who cannot have the woman he loves. The opening lines of the song express his frustration with not being able to look at or embrace the woman he loves, and the wound that bleeds quickly, driving him towards his end. He goes on to express the agony of seeing her with someone else, but hanging on nonetheless, trying to hold on to the hope that she may one day be his.
