Ramin Djawadi composes music for film and television. Djawadi has been numerously credited as a composer for additional music, orchestrator and as an assistant composer to Hans Zimmer. His work for films include Blade: Trinity, Ask the Dust, and Open Season. For television, Djawadi's work includes Threshold, Blade: The Series, Person of Interest and Prison Break, for which he received an Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Main Title Theme Music" in 2006. In 2007 he composed musical score for the Mr. Brooks movie featuring Kevin Costner and Demi Moore. In 2008, Djawadi wrote the score for Iron Man. In 2011 he wrote the soundtrack for the HBO fantasy hit series Game of Thrones. In 2016 he started working in HBO's new project, the TV-Show "Westworld"

You're right, it didn't matter. It was the epilogue that we didn't want nor deserved. After all these years of loyalty to the show I was truly disappointed. I tried to justify what happened in the Battle of Winterfell because at least some of it made sense, but after episode 4 I just couldn't stand with the writers anymore. They butchered Daenerys's character arc, they butchered Jamie, they gave us such a shit show in the last 3 episodes and in the end all I felt was empty and disappointed. The first two episodes were great imo, and wouldn't you guess, they were both NOT written by D&D! The lack of logic started with the battle and it all went downhill from there...
The actors were phenomenal, the music was fucking epic as usual, the cinematography was stunning, but none of it mattered in the end because the story was crap. It's like a car going downhill and then suddenly the breaks stops working. The wheel is still turning, the engine is still running, but the breaks are compromised and the car is gaining speed and the more it gain the harder it becomes to stop it. In the end the road finally levels a bit but it's too late because the car is too fast and it finally slams into a wall on a turn, then slowly crawls into a stop. Or it's a train wreck. That works as well lol.
