Last year there were a lot of people calling for Israel to be banned, I am so pleased this did not happen. I am also very keen to see Israel participate this year too, it is important to be showing Israel in a postive light, as a part of the family of nations. I saw Noa Kirel live in Liverpool in 2023, voted for Israel last year and will again this year. I am hoping for top half left side of the results table again, whilst winning is nice (I'm sure Netta would agree) being there with a good presentation is what counts, and Israel has an excellent track record in Eurovision to support this. This year's offering will contine this excellence. We celebrate Purim this week, Am Yisrael Chai.

Yuval should win with her voice and the lyrics are so beautiful. But unfortunately this music competition is controlled Politically and why not then detest Israel in the simplest way. It is better to support a Terrorist State than to listen to the voice, the lyrics and the performance than to detest it just because it comes as a contribution from Israel. Will Israel "buy" votes like it did last year? Israel needs this win as an exercise in art washing its crimes and to try and improve the bad standing it now has internationally, among the people, especially the younger generation. Obviously not the traditional politicians who are Pro Israel for very, very obvious reasons.
A suggestion - to make this song really relevant, resonate with the public and be believable as a background bring pictures if the devastation in Gaza, the mass graves, the pictures of emaciated and tortured prisoners held in Israeli prisons, pictures of settlers terrorising Palestinians in the illegal Occupied Territories, photos of the murdered babies and maimed ones.
