4) Reason (HUNGARY) was founded in 1994 by Attila Horváth, Gábor Dudás and Attila Barna. The early days were characterised by an experimenting attitude towards music, however, in three years’ time the band developed its own style.
Their first demo was recorded in 1995 under the title “National Porno”, but it was not until the next year, when they finally found their own path with the help of their new keyboard player. At that time the band grew more serious both musically and textually, which is represented in their second demo called “Moonlight”. The material received positive critics in the Hungarian Metal Hammer magazine. Their main influences have always been bands like Type O Negative or Paradise Lost, but at the same time they have been inspired by musicians and artists of entirely different genres as well.
The following years were predominated by playing in various clubs in the country and in Budapest as well (e.g. Riff-Röff Rockklub). Besides, 2000 saw the birth of their third material called “Broods”, which did not prevent them from having temporarily abandon the band. After a period of one and a half years it became clear for two of the founding members, Gábor Dudás and Attila Horváth that they can imagine their future musical activities only within this band.
Finally, after a number of changes in the line-up, Reason has reached its present state. In 2005 they finished “Captive of Dreams” and were planning to record their first album. Recently, they have played mainly in Budapest (Marco Polo, Red Hole, Woodoo), but they also had a chance to play in festivals like Night of Doom (in Debrecen) and Gothica V-VI (Petofi Csarnok).

5) Reason (AUSTRALIA)
Having withstood the test of time, Reason continues to personify both tenure and standard as one of Australia’s true veteran’s of the underground Hip Hop scene with 15 years experience under his belt. The Reason story reflects true preservation of his belief in maintaining a constant yet positive presence.
Reason practices what he preaches by promoting positive content in a context that is truly street, yet with a personal message contained within. A lover of graffiti, politics, life and the environment, these are examples of the diversity that the listener envelops into their own conscience. Reason released his third LP 'One Step Ahead' in 2004, following on from Reography (2002) and Solid in 1999. Reason also released the EP “Life’s A Lesson” in 2006, featuring a bevy of international and local guests. August 2008 saw the return of Reason with his latest offering entitled "The Tides are Turning".

Tell that nigga P, close the door while we cook it up
West Coast
God sent this one
Reason
Look
Word up, Kurupt
Look

Shit, I'd always be broke my nigga, wait
I do this for the hope, my nigga
Kobe Bryant, I'ma go down as the GOAT, my nigga
It's Del Amo in this bitch, I learnt to talk that shit from Rosetta Stone
Life a little rocky, get his pebbles on
But word to thick wallets, I never fold
Now wait up, my life movin' quick, had to slow like a changer
But never change up, just focus on getting change up
Tell them niggas we want every penny, nigga, change us
But pray that never change us
Young nigga been starvin', feel like my stomach squeezin' in this motherfucker
Game changed us, they let Reason in this motherfucker
I'm in a different zone, that's why I rip shit, motherfucker
Colin Powell, I was the first nigga in this motherfucker
Wait, my zone that is, had to heighten my senses
My music travelling, it's risin', it pivot
Kurupt said don't give a fuck about no hope, no power to bitches
I'm only known for the D, I may go down on the bitches, like damn
My time comin', I just stare at the clock
They don't fuck with you when you cold, but they hit when you hot
It's like guarding and Steph Curry be prepared for the shots
Well let 'em come, 'cause I'm comin' for spots
Reason ain't never gave a fuck about a bitch
Nigga, shit
These niggas is bitches too, they all these females though

Music, the "i" before "e", nigga it come first
I put everything in it, this a truck verse
I'm done with the speeches, say fuck being vegan
'Til niggas bring it when it come to the beefin'
'Cause Uncle taught me that these haters like waiters, boy, they come when you eatin', shit
Make sure that they got a full clip, flow hotter than four whips
With windows stuck and no AC, a thick jacket and timbos tucked
Jeans gettin' fucked by two ratchet, thick ho sluts
One ridin' on top with us, you get it, the flow hot nigga
These punches like light-skinned bitches, picture how quickly I drop niggas
Music game like cop killers, we need a good Reason or it's good riddance
These good riddance'll get me out of a hood sentence
Young nigga, bad intentions but good livin'
Hittin' the booth like home cookin', my foot in it
I'm warmin' up, I'm just havin' fun with niggas
Not Denzel, but I've been watching tons of niggas since my Training Days
Born in South Central, but tryna pave a way
To make it out the trap, I feel like David Blaine

Niggas been at it eight years, they can't hold a position
This is year two, you know that I'm different
The coldest of writtens
