After a ten year hiatus in her musical career, Jackson returned with the 1998 album Yours Faithfully. The production of the album, her last to date, had the singer collaborate with artists and producers such as Men of Vizion's Spanky Williams, Keith Thomas and Eliot Kennedy. It also featured contributions from her children. Nathaniel Brown is Jackson's husband and the two have been married since 1968. Rebbie returned to music in 2010 with her new compilation, "Centipede/Reaction," which features her first two albums together on CD for the first time. In 2011, Rebbie embarked on the "Pick Up The Phone Tour," which is dedicated to teens who have committed suicide all over the U.S.

I'll take you away
Oh, baby, come alive, it's Saturday night
And we're out to paint the town
Oh, baby, come alive, it's Saturday night
And there's gonna be a showdown
Hey!
'Cause time is not passing you by
Just keep thinking
Hold your head up high
You're the only one, boy (yes, you are)
That makes my life complete
Sweeter than a rose, honey
Why don't you listen to me
Whoa, baby, come alive, it's Saturday night
Get out and have some fun
Oh, baby, come alive, it's Saturday night
Let's boogie boogie down
Come alive, it's Saturday night
And we're out to paint this town
Come alive, it's Saturday night
There's gonna be a showdown
Dancing clean, a party scene
Baby, that's the way I feel
Let the music groove you now, baby
'Cause this night is really real
And it's up to you
Ooh-ooh
Oh, it's Saturday night
Oh, and have some fun
Oh, baby, come alive, it's Saturday night
'Cause you're the only one
Come alive, it's Saturday night
I love you so tenderly
Oh, baby, come alive, it's Saturday night
And let's jam, just you and me, oh!
Come alive, it's Saturday night
Come alive, it's Saturday night
Come alive, it's Saturday night
Come alive, it's Saturday night
You've been working hard all week
Now your work is done
Leave your troubles; all your cares, baby
Now it's time to have some fun
And it's up to you
Ooh-ooh
Oh...
