1) Recover comes to us from Austin, TX. Started by four young childhood friends as a Green Day cover band, the reclusive set eventually found a sound of their own that defies today’s incessant need for sub-categories. If you can’t resist, Recover is a rock band, pure and simple.
After releasing their first full length “Rodeo and Picasso” in 2001 on indie Fueled By Ramen, at an average age of just 18, Recover was approached to release an EP with another indie, Fiddler, later that year. 'Ceci N'est Pas Recover' was recorded in 2002, with producer Brian McTernan, at Salad Days studio in Beltsville, Maryland. Slowly pulling out an evolved sound, Recover found their voice and set their sights on touring. Their raucous live show and strong original songwriting quickly made them a bands’ band leading to a slew of great touring partners. They hit the road relentlessly for two years with peers including Jimmy Eat World, A.F.I., Taking Back Sunday, Coheed & Cambria, Thrice, Thursday and many others. After signing with Strummer/Universal records the band spent the second part of 2003 writing and recording their major label debut due out in the fall of 2004. Recorded by hometown friend and confidant ‘5th member’ Rory Phillips and mixed by the legendary Andy Wallace, the album combines the raw emotion and experimental musicianship that encompasses the ‘best of’ their previous two efforts.
In early 2009, the band announced that they have officially reunited and that their first show back will be at the Chain Reaction.
2) Recover is also a Hardcore band from Singapore. Their S/T album is the second full length from this old Singaporean band. This full length retains the old school hardcore sound with plenty of breakdowns, sing alongs, fingerpoints and mosh parts with a slight metallic feel. The production is superb but not overly done. Lyrics deal with socio politcal issues like the Bush administration, the UN, IMF and more. Comes in a tri fold digipack. A classic.
3) Recover is a currently unsigned rock band based in County Carlow, Ireland. The four members are originally from Co. Carlow, Co. Wicklow, Co. Dublin and Turkey. The band began in 2008. Recover play covers as well as a handful of original songs.

Then the sun comes up.
The stars are all aligned, soon you will be mine whether you like it or not.
Crashed, I'm coming down, don't catch me, don't catch me.
Crashed, I'm coming down, come watch me break up all the city ground.
I've seen the other side, I know what it feels like and I haven't slept since.
Someone tell me I'm going to make it.
Crashed, I'm coming down, don't catch me, don't catch me.
Crashed, I'm coming down, come watch me break up all the city ground.
The opening line of "Someone's going to die, going to die tonight," is a foreboding start to the song. It immediately sets the tone for an impending disaster. The following line, "Then the sun comes up," suggests that whatever calamity is on the horizon, it will happen at night. The singer then talks about the stars aligning and how the object of their affection will be theirs whether they want them or not, possibly hinting at a stalker or someone with obsessive tendencies.
The chorus, "Crashed, I'm coming down, don't catch me, don't catch me," is a play on words. The word "crashed" can refer to a physical crash or hitting rock bottom emotionally. The line "don't catch me" could mean that the singer doesn't want anyone to save them from their fall or that they don't want anyone to get involved in their problems. The second verse talks about the singer having seen "the other side" and not sleeping since. From the context, it could be interpreted that they've seen the other side of life and that it's made them anxious and worried. They then ask for someone to tell them they're going to make it, suggesting that they need some reassurance.
The chorus repeats, solidifying the idea of a metaphorical crash. This time, the line "come watch me break up all the city ground" could refer to the singer's actions causing upheaval in their life and surroundings.
Overall, "Crashed" by Recover is a song about impending doom and feeling like one is falling apart. The lyrics paint a picture of someone on the verge of a breakdown, possibly from obsessive thoughts or anxieties. The chorus serves as a warning to let the singer fall without trying to save them, indicating a need for independence or a desire to handle their problems on their own.

HELIFY NOE
Yes, I used a USB drive once. But due to it sitting around without power for some time, it lost data and thus became useless. My current computer operating system and data etc., are stored on a Samsung SSD NVMe 980 PRO 500GB. The computer also came with a 1TG hard drive, which I did not really need. So I duplicated the contents of the SSD on over to the HDD. I then disconnected the HDD. If the system crashes, and I need it active ASAP, I just have reconnect the HDD and boot up from there. This takes me just a few minutes to do. Once time is available, I then just have to copy the contents of the HDD on over to the SSD to wipe out any corruption on that SSD, and once again disconnect the HDD for safety. Now I boot up from the SSD once more.
