Falling Into Grace
Red Hot Chili Peppers Lyrics

What ever never knew that I could feel so good
I smile in your eyes
What ever never knew that I could walk through wood
I guess I never tried
A million years old but just a little girl
Vibin' off the gong
Rubbin' on the bowls make you float around
Make your lovin' strong

And when we get in the same place
At the same time it is your grace
That I want to fall right into now
To love avow

I'm falling into grace with you
I'm falling into guru muhk
I say, I'm falling into grace with you, oh yeah
I'm falling into guru muhk

She moves in a rapture that her capsule might
Land on your star
Meditating in the morning head dressed in white
Beauty bazaar

You can smell the purple light comin' from her heart
Get lost and wet
I treat you like a teacher 'cause that's what you are
I want to be your pet

And when we get in the same place
At the same time it is your grace
That I want to fall right into now
To love avow

I'm falling into grace with you
I'm falling into guru muhk
I say, I'm falling into grace with you, oh yeah
I'm falling into guru muhk

I'm falling into grace with you
I'm falling into guru muhk
I'm falling into grace with you, uhm
I'm falling into guru muhk

I'm falling into grace with you
I'm falling into guru muhk
I'm falling into grace with you, oh you
I'm falling into guru muhk

One of my deepest incomprehension in my life is related to One Hot Minute.
I just can't understand the band's reaction with this album. Such a great album with magnificent visuals. Blasting tracks with a lot of experimentation. We should already have known at the time that originality is not worth anything anymore. This album was TOO original, too weird, too experimental. Too G O O D.
My favorite RHCP's album ever. I've been there for the band since 1989 and i feel betrayed by the latest releases that i consider being "music for surfing".
What a shame having underrated this incredible beautiful piece of ART-HEART. Everything is here, from pure Funk (Walkabout) to raging furor (Shallow Be Thy Game).
Your hell is something scary, i prefer a loving God.
I will never accept the band's decision to have discarded these songs from their setlists because of John Frusciante not wanting to play them, why did you leave the band, Man? You leave the band, you come back and you refuse to play the songs you were not concerned with. WTF?
It is a fucking taboo for us, the real fans of the band.
The RHCP have been an important part of my life as a drummer.
Not understanding neither the beef between Dave Navarro and the others.
Shit, One Hot Minute is a genuine diamond from A to Z, not talking about the bsides, Melancholy Mechanics being my eternal RHCP's favorite song.
With my band from France called Munky Fonks, we DO give credit to this album by covering it in its entirety.
It is not just a dumb fan writing, NO, it is a purist feeling betrayed for years.
Give One Hot Minute the dedication it fucking deserves and stop pretending you don't play it because you're not in that mood anymore. Stop it.
Let's be honest, it is your last great release before a slow but sure decline leading to composing albums for teenagers.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers : my love since day one, buried for good.
The day you play this album in its entirety on stage, i will reconsider my deception and sadness. You WERE the greatest band on Earth for a time.
Lloyd.

@Maximum Effort Yep, the last truly great and unique album. Californication was sort of okay minus anthony, after that they can go get fucked...

carman70

Lloyd Wander I absolutely love this album. Of course Blood Sugar Sex and Magic is the only one that comes first, Calibration 3rd. I do appreciate all of their albums, but truly resent their animosity towards this ( what I consider , a ) Masterpiece. Forgive me.....

Blackstar 76

Clearly, John says jump and the band say how high?!

Maximum Effort

You would of thought Flea would of pushed for these songs to be on the set lists... some awesome bass..
This Album is by far and away what RHCP should of used as a stepping stone... instead they stepped safe and mainstream

Gaenico

I've heard Frusciante never wanrted to listen to it (i'm sure he did but doesn't want to admit it, he loves music to much to not listen to it ^^) but I think it is too related to his "dark period" for him to learn it and play it
Even though, that would be amazing to see what Frusciante could do of this songs, pretty sure it would be amazing

Scoobert Doobert

It's underrated as'f though

Euan Mangan

I love how there's this underlying sadness in all of one hot minute. It provides a good contrast to their other albums

Eric B

I've always sensed that too. I never can put my finger on why that is but I feel it too.

Adolfo Lopez
