This song came out when I was a senior in high school. My group of friends and I would listen to this song everyday. One friend ended up with a bunch of kids and moved across state to live in his in-laws basement, one friend disappeared, one friend became a heroine addict, and I joined the army. 17 years later, this is one of the few things in life that brings back the good memories of my buddies from high school. Life is good for me - I hope the same for my buddies. Thank you for creating this song, as it takes me back to a time when I was carefree and without obligations.

This song will always take me back to my high school days. I remember one night I was at a house party with friends and the cops showed up. Everyone booked it, and I couldn’t find the friends I showed up to the party with so I jumped into the bed of another friend’s tiny truck. On the ride home he was blasting this song. I remember being drunk and just looking up at the stars savoring the moment feeling the wind all around me. I miss those carefree days. Thanks for the memories RHCP.

I used to listen to this with my family on the car when I was little, when we were on a beautiful place I can't recall the name. We would ride to the most beatiful spots full of mountain nature while this was playing non-stop because everyone loved it.
