1) Remi. New to the game but old to its ways, 22 year old Melbourne lyricist Remi Kolawole exudes a unique style, rhythmic flow and an honest delivery.
His semi tongue-in-cheek braggadocios style, by no means overshadows his lyrical abilities. Remi’s rapping persona is comfortable sitting amongst varying musical backdrops and tempos, and his singing voice is as smooth and catchy as the hooks he sings.
Expertly balancing singing and rapping, Remi’s content is highly self referential, littered with pop-cultural tid bits and tales of a life equally footed in fantasy as it is reality.
On the back of releasing two EPs in 2011 (‘Childish’ and ‘Five Beats I Love’) his debut 2012 album ‘Regular People Sh#%t’ not only cements his previous forte’s, but also displays a confidence in showing several new ones.
The album (produced in full by local duo J Smith & Dutch) covers a varying subject matter and has equal nods (lyrically) to everyone from Slum Village to Drake as it does Black Thought and early Kanye West.
Remi’s 1st single of the album, APE caused a bit of a commotion down at Triple J. As a result, Remi was made an Unearthed feature artist, and his debut LP ‘Regular People Shit’, dubbed the Hip-Hop Show’s feature album.
Since then he has supported XXL freshman Danny Brown, MED, N’fa Jones, M.A.F.I.A, Jade McRae, and played at the 2012 song summit held in Sydney, along side fellow RunForYourLife members.
Not bad for someone whose been rapping for a year and a half! Remi is being championed as a refreshing, young, evolving, gifted, forward thinking talent to watch, and rightfully so.
2) REMI is a female singer born in Tokyo. She is best know for her work with Takanashi Yasuharu and the fantasy band Sound Horizon.
3) Female MC from Croatia. Part of the group Elemental.
4) Male singer, rapper, producer and member of the group Meadow Gang. His debut album, Where Do We Go From Here, was released in 2014.

What you want from me?
Can you tell me Just
Hey
What you want from me
Baby
If we don't wake up
Gonna meet the maker
And
Once we wake up
We are probably gonna need to break up
Up 12 Stories
Thinking bout calling
Home before falling
Out like hair balding
5 in the morning high off endorphins
Up 12 Stories
Thinking bout calling
Home before falling
Out like hair balding
5 in the morning high off endorphins
It's dangerous
I'm so crazy
You're so crazy
We've both got demons we're escaping
You're into the club and cocaine thing
I'm in to self deprecating
Now I'm self medicating
We're both cooked
Soda is baking in
My nostrils take a sniff start raving
Lights start changing
Eyes start glazing
Embrace him
You engage him
Tongue on tonsils so invasive
Grab my coat
Uber is waiting
Grab my throat
Do what you came to do
Hotter than eternal damnation
New sensation
Smack my face in
(Wo)
Wasn't ready for that but I take it
(Baby, Baby Toxic Relation)
Now the suns out
Its time to come down
Trees cut down
Smoke up
And mung out
You're dumb founded
You're surprised I stuck round
Didn't opt out like your other encounters
But now we're mistaking drug cloud
For the love cloud
Cause we're yet to touch down
And we're both lost
But because we just found this
Way of drowning doubt we're now bound here

You and I can't relate
We've got nothing in common
Every time we conversate
There seems to be a problem
You're so fine when I was wasted
I let you talk all that shit
But now I've got to live
Cause it is bad for my mental
When you flip that switch and go mental
I know you've got shit in your past that makes you want to hyde and not jekyll
But you use me as your outlet
Out bursts that keep me down at ground level
Only time you help me elevate
When you give me that brown powder they pedal at the
Club you work at
I'm like a dog tucked in her lap
She says sit i'm sat there gacked
At the bar drunk til she got her cash
Then it's back to bed and boom booming
And we're not using those latex hats
Then two months go by and you shooting him
A text that makes my heart rate go
So what you wanna do cause
I'm down with whatever you choose
So
Will we raise this baby like roof
Or will we make this baby go poof
She said there's complications
Inside my womb that means I can't reproduce
But if I could of I wouldn't of told you
I'd move so you'd never see your new fruit
The song "5 A.M." by Remi & Sensible J talks about a toxic relationship between two people who are addicted to drugs and partying. The opening lines of the song ask what the other person wants from the singer, indicating that there is a lack of communication and understanding between them. The chorus warns that if they don't wake up and break up, they will meet their maker. The rest of the song delves into their addiction, their self-destructive behavior, and their inability to relate to each other outside of their party lifestyle. The final verse reveals that the woman is pregnant, but due to complications, she cannot carry the baby to term, and she had decided to leave the singer rather than face the issue together.
The song is a powerful commentary on the dangers of addiction and the emotional toll it takes on individuals and their relationships. It highlights the need for communication and the importance of recognizing when a relationship has become toxic and destructive for both parties.

Ashley Nicole was indeed "That Girl"
NirvanaaFreak
Yes indeed! Alisha Marie did that. But I think Ashley Nicole set up the bar super high because she also included activities in the morning to be super productive, meditation, journaling, fitness, grocery shopping before the day even started.
cross_stich_happy_Alena
I wake up every day at 4 so I can enjoy 2hrs of cross stitching by myself before rest of the family (kid and a partner ) gets up. And I love it
mahadewiiii
@cross_stich_happy_Alena Ooh wow, that makes sense. I’m also a mum but definitely a night owl not a morning person. Luckily my 2 older kids (12 & 15) can get themselves ready in the morning these days and my toddler sleeps in, so I get my “me” time at night. Totally admire your dedication to cross stitch. Is it just a hobby or do you sell it? Love that we are all so different ❤️
