I had the pleasure of meeting Sister Marcelle Block at Friendship Baptize Church in 1995. The choir sung this song directed by Brent Jones…and she went in just like this recording!! Praise God legendary James Cleveland left us with some amazing gospel music.

Marcelle Talent was so Unmatched She used her God Given Talents and Ministry everytime She Stepped up to the Mike or piano and Blessed everyone in the Building. I was fortunate to have perform at my wedding in 90 and she put on a Mini Concert as we walked out the church after the Ceremony and not one person left their seats. The whole bridal party were on the front steps of the church and everyone was inside in their seats mesmerized by her Singing!

All these years later and she still sings me happy. The church we used to have in that building.... I was so heartbroken when they tore it down. It's an era I will always cherish.
