He's curious about a picture on the wall, but she surprises him by identifying the person in the picture as Che Guevara.

It's Che she says have you seen him before?
She tells him the person in the picture is Che Guevara and asks if he knows who he is.

She has been using fancy words to describe things and ideas, which is different from when they first met.

He's heartbroken because he feels like he can't relate to her anymore.

He's jealous because she seems to be interested in a lot of other guys, not just him.

He's saying goodbye to the old version of his girlfriend so that she can start a new life without him.
