Until one day I plucked up the courage and declared myself to her, I wrote I love you in Malay and sent it, my heart was racing. When she translated what I had sent she was in shock (she was ready to throw me down the stairs) after being silent for a while she said that she loved me too and that she couldn't believe this was happening. She told me that she always loved me and listened to rex's songs thinking about me (JUST LIKE I DID). These were the best months of my life, every time we said I love you to each other my heart raced and I went into shock. We were sure that we were each other's soul mates and that we were going to get married. But our parents didn't like each other so they wouldn't accept our dating, they even took away her cell phone so she wouldn't talk to me. But I never gave up, for me no matter how many years passed I would wait for her. Until one day she wanted to break up, (later I found out that she met someone else, which was easier for her since there wasn't so much distance, and her parents supported her.) She asked us to continue being friends, as before. But I proudly refused, saying I couldn't be friends with someone I loved so much. and in the end I wondered if she felt the same as me. But I'm glad I had the chance to live it and have my love returned, even having that ending, it was one of the things I wanted the most
