That I’m all right and I’m staying there with you
I wanna know if there could be any way
That there’s no fight, and I’m safe and sound with you
And every time I look, I thought you were there,
But it was just my imagination
I don’t see it anymore cause I see through you now
ima demo kidzukanai deshou kono shizuka na sora ni
itsudemo omoidasu kedo mou doko ni mo modorenai
soshite zutto kokoro de samete sotto kidzuite
itsuka kitto yasashisa mietekuru you ni
What’s stopping me? I get stuck again
Is it really OK? It’s never OK for me
What’s got into me? I get lost again
Is it really OK? It’s never going to be
soshite motto sagashite me no mae ni kidzuite
asu wa kitto kazamuki mo kawaru you ni
kaze ga sotto sasayaku ugomeku no wa kono daichi
mayowanai de yasashisa mietekuru you ni
And every time I look, I thought you were there,
But it was just my imagination
I don’t see it anymore cause I see through you now
I wanna go to a place where I can say
That I’m all right and I’m staying there with you
Even now I don’t realize it, do I, under this peaceful sky
Although I’ll always remember – already there’s nowhere I can go back to
And the whole time, I realize it softly awakening in my heart
May I someday, surely, come to be shown kindness
And in searching more and more, realizing it right before my eyes
May even the wind’s direction surely change tomorrow
The wind is softly murmuring, the ground beneath my feet writhing
May I come to be shown unwavering kindness
The song "I Wanna Go To A Place..." by Rie fu is a song about a longing for a place where the singer feels safe and secure with her loved one. She desires a world without conflict or friction and describes her wish to be with the person that makes her feel safe and satisfied. She reminisces on times when she thought she saw this person, but realizes that it was just her imagination. The song continues with the singer's inability to overcome her anxiety and self-doubt. She questions if it is okay to feel the way she does and if she will ever find the courage to overcome it.
Despite these uncertainties, the singer continuously reminds herself to keep moving forward and embrace the world around her. She is reminded that even though she is lost at times, she must keep searching for new paths and opportunities. The song talks about the wind's direction changing and the ground moving; it's a symbol of change and the singer acknowledging that life is continuously changing, and she cannot remain the same. Moreover, the singer expresses that with change, maybe someday she will come to be shown unwavering kindness.
