BOYS
Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band Lyrics

I'm just a bad boy
All dressed up in fancy clothes.
I'm taking the trouble
To blow my bubbles away.

Bad boy
Life is just a bowl of cherries.
I'm taking the trouble
To turn my night into day.

The hot blazing sun
Won't hurt my head,
'cause you'll always find me
Right there in the shade.
I can see all the folks,
They're laughing at me,
'cause I'm just a naturally, crazy, lazy

Bad boy
Life is just a bowl of cherries.
I'm taking the trouble
To turn my night into day.

The hot blazing sun
Won't hurt my head,
'cause you'll always find me
Right there in the shade.
I can see all you folks,
You're laughing at me,
'cause I'm just a naturally, crazy, lazy

Bad boy
All dressed up in these fancy clothes.
And I'm taking the trouble
To blow my bubbles away.

Bad boy.

The lyrics to "Boys" by Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band are about the excitement and joy that comes from kissing and being with boys. The song is a cover of the original song by The Shirelles, with added rock and roll energy from Ringo Starr and his band. In the first verse, Ringo sings about hearing that when a boy kisses a girl, it feels like a trip around the world, adding an "hey, hey" refrain. He then shares that his own girl says that when he kisses her, she gets a thrilling sensation through her fingertips.

The song is clear in its focus on boys and the happiness they bring. In the chorus, Ringo declares that when he talks about boys, he means boys, and that they are a "bundle of joy." He encourages the band to keep playing and sings the chorus one more time before thanking the audience in different languages.

Overall, "Boys" is a playful and upbeat song celebrating the joy that comes with being with boys, and Ringo and his band give it an energetic, rock and roll twist.

This is another example of Ringo Starr at his best. He's still playing the drums and singing after all these years. Long live Ringo Starr and his legacy!

My grandma bought tickets to the Ringo Starr concert here in Spokane. So she and I are going to go. I saw rain which is a cover band of the beatles. But my grandma saw the real beatles when she was my age. Then she and my grandpa saw Paul McCartney and wings in concert in about 1990 or so. but now I get to see the one and only Ringo Starr in concert. It will be PHENOMENAL and the best day of my life.

@pelgervampireduck

wings didn't exist anymore since 1980. the 1990 band was not wings, it was just paul mccartney and his touring band, (hamish stuart and robbie mcintosh on guitars, wix wickens on keyboards and chris witten on drums. wix wickens still is his keyboardist). that tour was good, I love the album "tripping the live fantastic" and the video "get back" that came out of it.
