In 1984, Plant formed a short-lived all-star retro rock group with musicians Jimmy Page (also of Led Zeppelin), Jeff Beck, and Phil Collins called The Honeydrippers. The band had a Top Ten hit with their song "Sea of Love", a remake of the Phil Phillips' chestnut. Plant's also notably performed with Page in the outfit Page & Plant.
Plant's love of the music of Morocco led him to a new collaboration called Robert Plant and the Strange Sensation. The band's releases met with critical acclaim and numerous Grammy nominations. They completed a notable 2006 tour of Europe in September.
In 2007, Plant began recording and performing with American bluegrass star Alison Krauss. A duet album, Raising Sand, was released on 23 October 2007 on Rounder Records. The album, recorded in Nashville and Los Angeles and produced by T-Bone Burnett, met with enormous critical and commercial success. Tours have reached devoted audiences in multiple cities.
The year of 2010 proves to be yet another successful year for the lemon squeezer. During the summer, Plant will be reuniting with his old, Pre-Zep group, The Band Of Joy, for a tour of the southern and mid continental tour of the US.
In 2012 Robert Plant starts another band project going by the name Sensational Space Shifters releasing the live album Robert Plant Presents: Sensational Space Shifters. Along with Plant himself the band consists of Liam "Skin" Tyson, Justin Adams, Billy Fuller and John Baggot along with Dave Smith, Juldeh Camara and Patty Griffin.

Ooh Ooh Ooh
I found a lucky charm
I dressed it up with love
I crossed the Seven Seas to you
Will it be enough?
And I will be a rainbow
And I will bring the song for you
And I will carry on
Ooh Ooh Ooh
Ooh Ooh Ooh
I'm reachin' for the stars
In the sky above
Oh, I will bring their beauty home
The colors of my love
And I will be a rainbow
Now your storm is gone
And I will bring my song to you
And I will carry on
Ooh Ooh Ooh
Ooh Ooh Ooh
Ooh Ooh Ooh
Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh
Love is enough
Though the world be a wind
And the woods have no voice but the voice of complaining
My hands shall not tremble, my feet shall not falter
The voyage shall not weary, the fish shall not alter
Hmm, It's rainbow, oh it's rainbow
Oh, can't you see the eyes are the eyes of a lover
Pocket full of hearts
A world that's filled with love
A love that carries all before
The passion and the flood
I lie beneath the rainbow
Now your tears have gone
And I will sing my song for you
And I will carry on
Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh
Ooh Ooh Ooh
Ooh Ooh Ooh
Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh
Oh yeah, oh oh oh oh no no baby Ooh oh oh
Oh yeah, Ooh Ooh Ooh
Ooh Ooh Ooh
Ooh Ooh Ooh
(Ooh Ooh Ooh)
In the song "Rainbow" by Robert Plant, the singer talks about his undying love and devotion for someone special in his life. He is willing to cross the seven seas to prove his love and hopes that it will be enough. He wants to be the rainbow in the life of his lover, bringing in colors and beauty after a storm. He promises to carry on his love and passion, no matter what obstacles come in their way. He compares himself to a lover and even finds a lucky charm dressed with love as a symbol of his affection.
Plant tries to reassure his lover that love is enough, even amidst a world that seems to be full of chaos and complaints. He is determined to remain steadfast and not falter through the journey of their love. He lies beneath the rainbow, now that the tears are gone, and sings his song of love, which he promises to carry on.
The song's theme of love enduring all obstacles has an underlying message of hope and determination. It emphasises the importance and power of love, even in the most challenging times. It reiterates that love can persevere through any storm and bring beauty and joy to life.

His voice is so soothing! I was mesmerized about the scenic move when performing Kashmir, all the light around him and that light never left him!
