Hortense234 - How sad you feel this way.. I think back to ALL the men who gave their lives for the Scriptures alone.. Then to all the men before those men, who Followed Him, even Jesus the Christ, and for 1,, (John the revelator) all the rest were killed for their absolute belief in Jesus the Christ, after He went back to Heaven..
Then to all the men who believed in Jesus the Christ, and came from all across the world, to America, to practice their beliefs in Freedom, who were routinely driven from place to place because of their beliefs, and then traveled across the Nation, over 2,000 miles on foot to find religious freedom.. And along the way, they saw their children die, and a lot of these believing Men, also gave their very lives, so their families could go on and find religious freedom..
And then, to all the good men today, who are taking care of their families and then going out and helping other men and women, broken families, etc., in need..
Whatever reason for causing you to hate men so much, I hope that one day, you will just let it go.. The Saviour, a Man, is ready and willing to lift you up and care for you, because you are His sister.. He will be ever waiting and watching over you to come back..

My wife and I were engaged to be married and preparing the wedding in the spring/summer of 1972 when this became a hit that summer. It still reminds me of the wonderful time we spent each day of that year. The long walks on Milford Beach in Milford Connecticut, married in September 1972, we are celebrating our 46 wedding anniversary this coming weekend, September 23.
