Bridge of Sighs
by Robin Trower

The sun don't shine
The moon don't move the tides,
To wash me clean

The sun don't shine
The moon don't move the tides,
To wash me clean

Why so unforgiving and why so cold
Been a long time crossing bridge of sighs

Cold wind blows
The Gods look down in anger,
On this poor child

Cold wind blows
And Gods look down in anger,
On this poor child

Why so unforgiving and why so cold
Been a long time crossing bridge of sighs

One of the most underrated artists of the 70’s era. Trower’s ‘Bridge of Sighs’ album is up there with Pink Floyd imho. It’s a work of art

Top to bottom one of the greatest albums of all time. Brilliant in every way. Emotions are off the charts. Everybody talks Hendrix, but Mr. Trower had many things to say.

Yeah this whiteboy alright but I definitely hear hendrix and Albert King influences in his playing so let's just say he is up there with the greats

100% agree! It's just the best album ever!
