1. Robot was a Swedish Syn… Read Full Bio ↴There are several bands that named Robot:
1. Robot was a Swedish Synth Act that was formed in 1995. They released there first studio album Automagic in 1997 & there second and final studio album Fake Or Real? in 2000. Their breakthrough came with the hit Members Of The Stars, which was released on the debut album and as a single. What made them unique was that they used the sound card from the Commodore 64 In their synth, which gave them that spacy sound few other Swedish Indie Pop bands had at the time. The members of the band was Stefan Strandberg (Lead vocals/Guitar), Karl-Linus Börjesson (Bass/vocals), Magnus Bjerner (Organ/Synth), and Janne Strang on drums that left the group quite early and was replaced by a drum machine.

Was formed in early year of 2008 as an experimental music project from three people. Tired of hearing a conventional music, this three young man agreed to make a band called ROBOT and performing a post-rock experimental music. This name is taken from our friend dog's, and it's because our drummer is not a human too. Influence from same kind of post-rock band like MONO, EITS, THE ALBUM LEAF, M83, MOGWAI, etc. ROBOT performed a rather slow beats and gloomy music with a composition of slashing melodies and noises.
3. The Lo-fi mechanoids of melodic prog pop have finally been assembled... The mission of this finely tuned machine? To broadcast a unique blend of melody with an experimental edge. Oh, and to successfully reformat epic soundscape into the perfect indie-pop package. Quite a task eh? Album, "The Big Bang!" is currently under construction. In the meantime we hope you enjoy a few tasters 'from the future'. The Robot lives! We come in peace.
Dynamite
Robot Lyrics

Just try to comprehend
The way we always die
Just a little bit more
So if youre going down
Just want to end it all
You want to have some cred
Youre death is amplified by the modern tide
Youre not as fast as me when I go down
So in the western frame you die but not the same
The way we always fade
Just a little bit more
So go away with dynamite
Oh what a wonder sight
Leaving the rest behind with alot of gore
So go away with dynamite
Oh what a wonder sight
Just a little bit more
The lyrics to Robot's song Dynamite are quite dark and poetic. The first verse begins with "It's like a suicide" which sets an ominous tone for the rest of the song. The lyrics then proceed to talk about dying but with a sense of acceptance, almost as if it's a part of life that we can't control. The lines "The way we always die, Just a little bit more" hints at the inevitability of death, but also how each time we approach it, we are closer to our final destination. The second verse talks about wanting to go out with a bang and leaving a lasting impression. The line "You want to have some cred, Yeah just a little bit more" emphasizes the desire for a legacy. The chorus asks listeners to leave this world with dynamite, which is a symbol of destruction but also power.
The bridge of the song talks about death being amplified by the modern world we live in. The line "You're not as fast as me when I go down" could be interpreted as how quickly we can fade away in the world's fast-paced lifestyle. The line "So in the western frame you die but not the same" shows how death is portrayed differently across different cultures. The song ends with the chorus, repeating the message of leaving a lasting impression, even if it's through destructive means.
