She also played a main role in 1966's Proceso a una estrella and 1971's Una chica casi decente. While temporarily living in Argentina, the Spanish diva participated in a successful musical called La zapatera prodigiosa, based on Federico García Lorca's work. After teaming with composer Manuel Alejandro, Rocío Jurado became a major and beloved figure on the Latin music scene, acclaimed throughout America and Spain after releasing Muera el amor and Señora, among other hits.

Y a las tres yo fui a llamar.
El amor tiene tres puertas
Pena, dolor y alegría.
Salieron a contestar,
No sé que puerta ... es la mia
These lyrics from Rocio Jurado's song "El amor tiene tres puertas" speak about the three different emotions that love can bring: pain, sorrow, and joy. The singer has tried to enter all three of these doors, but it is unclear which one she belongs to or which one will be opened for her. The repetition of the phrase "Ay... Ay... Ay..." conveys the frustration and confusion that comes with trying to navigate the complex nature of love.
The use of the metaphor of doors also suggests that love is a journey and that there are different paths and options to take. Each door represents a different experience that the singer has had in her search for love. The fact that she cannot identify which door is hers could imply that she has not yet found the true love that she is looking for.
Overall, these lyrics portray the universal struggle of trying to understand the often confusing and unpredictable emotions that come with love. They also convey the idea that love can bring both joy and pain, and that it is ultimately up to each individual to determine which door they want to open and which path they want to take.
