Might not see the light
There's a chance I might not make it through, so I want to start living in the moment and appreciate every day.

I recall a time when I was young, carefree and had a lot of fun.

I was only 17
At the time that I am reminiscing about, I was a teenager.

Stealing vodka house from my parents house
I would sneak into my parents' liquor cabinet and drink their alcohol without their permission.

I'd drink that cabinet clean
I would consume all the alcohol in the cabinet until it was empty.

I'd go on nights out
On occasion, I would go out with my closest friends.

With my best friends by my side
My closest friends were always there for me to hang out with and sometimes get into trouble with.

Rolling hand made cigarettes
We would make our own cigarettes by rolling them by hand instead of buying them.

Cause live forever was the vibe
We would act like we were going to live forever and not let anything get us down.

And i DONT know where all of the time went
I have no idea where all of that time went, it passed by so quickly.

I miss home
I feel nostalgic and miss being in that environment.

When did it all end oh
I cannot pin-point the exact moment when it all stopped being fun and carefree.

It feels so long ago
The time that I am referring to feels like a distant memory now.

So I'm gonna live in the moment from now on
I want to start enjoying every moment of every day and not take anything for granted.

And I don't wanna wait till the night
I don't want to put off living for another day, I want to start living now.

Cause I might not see tomorrow
There's no guarantee that I will be alive tomorrow, so I want to make the most of today.

Cause live life is my motto
My philosophy is to always live life to the fullest.

And I know that when i look back il have regrets
If I don't start living in the present moment, I know that I will have regrets in the future.

I may never get to experience the good things in life if I don't start living in the moment now.

I remember
I have fond memories of certain experiences and events.

Throwing parties in the park
Organizing parties in the local park was a favorite pastime.

Lighting fires we could dance around
We would build bonfires and dance around them to keep warm and have fun.

And fires in our hearts
We felt a passion and enthusiasm for life that was comparable to the warmth of a fire.

Waking up
Getting up from bed and starting the day.

And our heads would bang the songs
Our heads would hurt from listening to music that was too loud.

That we listened to all evening
We would listen to music for hours at a time.

As we tried to sing along
We attempted to sing the lyrics to the songs, even if we didn't know them very well.

And it went ohhh
Sometimes the music would make us feel emotional and we would say 'ohhh'.

And then it went black
After a certain point, everything would go dark and the night would end.

And ohhh
'Ohhh' is an expression of nostalgia, remembering happy times in the past.

I wanna go back
I wish I could go back in time and re-live those carefree days.
