He turned to drum and bass and became a member of Hightekcrew. In 2003, Geike met techno producer Jan Driver, with whom he recorded the single Ladies Want It in 2004. The following year, however, he turned to pop music under the pseudonym Romano. He later contributed vocals to songs by Bolt, Siriusmo and Oliver Koletzki. Together with Jan Driver, he produced the album Blumen für dich in 2009 under the pseudonym Romano, which was released on the Wellenschlag Schallplatten label. In 2013, Geike appeared in the music video Itchy/Cornerboy by Siriusmo.
In 2015, he released the single Metalkutte, co-written with Jakob Grunert and Moritz Friedrich, under the pseudonym Romano. The Romano album Jenseits von Köpenick was released on September 11, 2015, followed by the album Copyshop on September 8, 2017.
In 2016, he played the role of the criminal Marek in the film Wir sind die Rosinskis. In 2018 he became a regular on Berlin public boradcaster FRITZ, appeared in German TV show Die Tuning Profis.
2023 he again looked deeper into German Schlager songs and released Vulcano Romano.

He is missing a few patches, such as Satyricon, Sarcófago, and Hellhammer, but he is happy to have collected most of his favorite bands. Metall ist nicht nur eine Art Element,sondern eine Hauptgruppe des Periodensystems. Allerdings schreibt man das Musikgenre auch nur mit einem L.
Richtiges Heavy Metal findest du übrigens im Periodensystem in der achten Hauptgruppe (Eisen) bei der Ordnungszahl 76.
Dort befindet sich mit Osmium das Element mit der höchsten Dichte. Soweit mir bekannt ist,gibt es bisher keine Metal Band die sich jemals so genannt hat.
PS: Kutten ohne Nieten sehen irgendwie unkultiviert aus.

Junge Junge Junge.....Wenn ich hier lese wie meine liebe Metallerkollegen sich darüber auskotzen dass er Trashmetal ud nicht Thrashmetal sagt dann Krieg ich ja schon wieder nen Anfall.
Sich selbst immer als die allertolerantesten darstellen und dann scheissdreck. Pappnasen.
Ich höre Metal seit ich denken kann, da mein Dad metal hört seit ich da bin.
Und trotzdem scheiß ich nichtv so rum wegen Lapaillen wie dem hier.
Ich finde das Lied im Übrigen echt klasse.
Ich sehe es auch nicht als Verarsche wie die meisten anderen Metaller hier sondern vielmehr als Hommage.
Natürlich spielt er mit Klischees. Ja verdammt...Er ist Künstler der darf das.
