I think we can all relate to this song, especially now since covid hit us all hard in some way or another. I just want to say that getting help is the first step this can be with a therapist but also speaking about it with a friend or getting a pet or maybe actually signing up for group yoga in the park. There's nothing to be ashamed about, true power seems weak. Believe in yourself.
