Rose started releasing her own music and made traction in 2019 with her single "Big Mouth". Rose made a cameo appearance in American rapper Cardi B's music video for her single "WAP", which was released on August 7, 2020. In 2019, she signed with the music label Hitco Entertainment.

On 25 December 2020, Rose released her first official mixtape, For the Streets, featuring guest appearances from Future and PartyNextDoor.
