UTOPIA
Ruby Cube Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

I'm looking up above my head
Behind the trees the sky and the stars
And I see million years ahead
No planes no trains no cars
Is this a new constellation
Maybe a trick of my imagination
I see no anger
I see no pain
Just silence singing in vein

Hello bright infinite minds
Endless colorful symphonies
Goodbye bricks and deadly minds
Some case in power colonies
This the end of all destruction
The empty dreams and masturbation
This Is a place with all our dreams
But at least that's what it seems

Utopia
Utopia
I had it all under control
I had a body and I had a soul
Am I full of melodies
A god [?] in the trees
Well they all just have to come back
I've packed some leaf in my backpack
I ran through the corridor
Looking for the earths color tone

Oh god I should've stayed away
But now they're forcin me to stay
With their resurrection, medication
Never ending, superstition
My eyes shiver
I fall deeper
Until I reach out to the sky
And as I fall

Back into coma
I hear the songs in my utopia

Overall Meaning

In the song "Utopia" by the artist Ruby Cube, the lyrics express a longing for a place of peace and harmony, far away from the chaos and destruction of the world we currently inhabit. The singer looks up at the stars and imagines a world where there are no planes, trains or cars, only a new constellation. It is a world that is free from pain and anger, where silence sings in vain and there are no deadly minds or power colonies. It is a utopia, a place where all dreams can come true.

The song continues with a description of the singer's journey to this utopia. They had it all under control with a body and soul full of melodies. However, they fall deeper into a coma, forced to stay by a never-ending cycle of resurrection and medication, trapped by superstition. The singer longs to return to the utopia, where they see no destruction, only endless symphonies and colorful infinity.

Overall, "Utopia" is a song that reflects a desire for a larger, more harmonious world. Its lyrics express a yearning for something bigger and more meaningful than what we currently have.
