You're Driving Me Crazy
Rudy Vallee & His Connecticut Yankees Lyrics

You, you're driving me crazy.
What did I do? What did I do?
My tears for you make everything hazy
Clouding the skies of blue.

How true were the friends who were near me,
To cheer me, believe me they knew
That you were the kind who would hurt me,
Desert me, when I needed you.
Yes, you, you're driving me crazy
What did I do to you.

How true were the friends who were near me,
To cheer me, believe me they knew
That you were the kind who would hurt me,
Desert me, when I needed you.

I like to sing along; "You... you're driving me crazy. What the hell's wrong with you?" lol I love Rudy Vallee. Josephine Baker's version of this song is a great listen as well.

Josephine's is wonderful.

The music I like but the leaping pictures - supposed to give a period effect I suppose - I find distracting.

Christopher Wham

Old school pc effects, lol. Just close your eyes and listen.

2019!!!! Still a beautiful tune!!

Ian Blakesley

A British version , by a band called the Temperance Seven, reached Number One in the UK Charts in 1961. Such great tunes will live for ever.

I never get enough of this one. The orchestra is just terrific. I sang this song in a group o f old-timers last month. I also love the song "There Must Be A Way" [Roselli] and sang that one, too. Beautiful stuff!!
