Even in trying and difficult circumstances, it is important to keep moving forward

I would heed my sorrow.
It is important to listen to and learn from sorrow and pain, to better understand how mistakes can be avoided in the future.

My inner anguish or sadness is aware that soon it will no longer matter or cause distress, whatever that may be.

Hurry.
It is of utmost importance to move with a sense of urgency and purpose to resolve issues and move on.
