Am actually cryin' every time am listenin' to Russel's version because there's much more than meets the ear in a first approximation: sweet voice, tonguing each word with such mellifluousness and a little bit of those old Britain's airs as if being played in old musical theaters but in front of the sea while the lamps are starting to shine on the roofed-decks while the sea, the sea murmurs its ancient song. MR Russell Brand: loveliest of flowers he is and a very rare one too: in the old British tradition of fine suave very perspicacious comedians. I thank you so very much for having it posted although the last note is being missed to in another-wise almost perfect moving slide-show to round it up º namaste

Not just drop dead gorgeous but such an intelligent kind compassionate man. Very rare in the celebrity world

I find this a little strange, but I must say that it isn't easy to carry on in that key in that register for the whole song. His bravado is impressive too. Not my favorite Beatle or Russell song but interesteing enough.

Russell Brand is adorable. I love him like I know him. A lovely lovely person, bit crazy. But completely lovely.

Imagine him singing this ''sitting there in a yellowing wedding dress'''. lol - I ADORE the piano playing in this!

I never expected to hear Russell sounding quite so much like Marilyn Monroe.
