This one really takes me back.

9th grade and skipped school, sweaty loud Russian internet cafe, me and my best friend putting money that we saved from lunch on two PCs in the corner. Everybody's playing CS 1.6 and DotaAllStars, but you put on your headphones and truly dissolve into this magic, your first draenei character. Man we were obsessed..

10 years later, ten years older, living on the other side of the planet, doing different things. But this track still gives me shivers and brings back everything as if it was today.

the intrument at 1:26 is duduk people. it's a traditional Armenian instrument with smooth sound. A gift from the universe so we can speak with it.

Düdük (which means whistle) is from Turkish not from Armenian ! In Turkey My Tributes Yörüks ( Nomadics Turks 20-30 Millions) are whistling Too, in Azerbaijan Too which call Balaban or in Turkistan (Central Asia it Called Düdük or Balaman)

Hm. Wikipedia, while saying that this instrument is indeed used in places like Georgia (among other locations), seems to suggest that it is, in fact, an Armenian invention, and is quite ancient - possibly as early as 1200 BC though some think perhaps not as far. Nonetheless, the evidence seems to suggest that Rogue is correct.

Ive always wondered what type of music that is. I love that kind of feel in some songs - sounds quite middle eastern. Thanks a lot for the info :)

Damn, TBC is purely magical. Damn I miss TBC. I miss it more than I miss Vanilla, thanks to the Vanilla fix I got on Nostalrius. Now I really need TBC.
