This works. Actually the flexibility of foreskin is necessary because if foreskin is tight , it sometimes causes burning sensation near the head of penis. And also semen deposit gets collected under the skin, so for cleaning it , the foreskin must be flexible

Guys trust me this works, I woke one-day and found out I'm having this condition, by the way I was about to turn 22 in month then.i panicked as hell. Didn't tell to my parents, I secretly went to consult a doctor. Doctor without any inspection just by seeing it told that I have no other option other than circumcision. Those words from his mouth caused a lot of stress. Later I watched this that afternoon and got some hope I tried constantly for 26 days and yesterday was the first time I could pull back my foreskin completely in an erect state. For few people it took 10 days for some it took around 50 days so try for 50 if it doesn't work go for circumcision.

Sir , before, the foreskin only used to come off when i was not erect but i applied some oil and by streaching for some time the foreskin comes down now when i am erect as well , but it only goes down till the rim of my glans and stays there but if i try to bring it down more then i can see that the phimosis scar ring on my shaft which does not allow it to go down further so should i go for circumcision or try more streaching because i got good relief from streaching and now the skin comes down when i am erect...but doesn't do go down more.

Ive been doing it for nearly a week now and i have noticed a big diffrence from before ive been doing it in a hot bath so what i do is i pull the skin back and keep it back until i get out the bath so its had time to in a way readjust so yea it dose work just takes some time

Dear all,
I am 23 when I knew I was having phimoisis, I got nervous and was not able to tell anyone even my family, I viewed so many videos but nothing work and at last I thought operation is the last window, untill i mistakenly viewed this video, within 5 days i got my tight skin back of my gland, the day i did it I got so happy but then I realised it is isn't going back to normal position, which is known as para phimoisis but i tried that night and finally everything went right. I am grateful to sir for posting this video. If anyone needs help by call tell me.

I’m 13 nearly 14, I had no problems until last month, I found a video saying how you clean foreskin, it said 5 year olds could pull it back and I started to panic, I have been thinking that even if I do bring it back I might get para phimosis and will not be able to fix. I have looked and watched videos for a month non stop. I don’t want my parents to know or any family. Please help, if you can!

Also I should add that it is that tight that literally nothing can fit in it.
