I had to make this song because it was important for me to release the burden that I was carrying.

I imagine that many of you are unfamiliar with me or my motives for creating music.

Everybody must think that i'm just another artist or rapper, Whatever you wanna call me
I am assumed to be just another music artist, regardless of the label or title.

Tryna make it in this world, No. Music serves a different purpose for me, It's an escape
Although success is a norm in the music industry, my focus is not to make it. Instead, music serves as an escape for me.

Anxiety really do be playing a big part in my life, It got me Overstressin. Overthinkin
Anxiety is a significant component of my life and often puts me in a state of stress and excessive thinking.

And caring what people gotta say about me, You just gotta disregard all of that negative energy Thrown at you
I worry about people's perceptions of me, but it is critical to ignore any unfavorable thoughts or vibes directed towards oneself.

Most importantly, You just gotta conquer all of those demons in your head
It is crucial to overcome any negative or destructive thought patterns that one might struggle with internally.

I'm really glad I overcame the battle with depression, Almost called it quits three times
Although I almost gave up on life several times due to depression, I am grateful for the strength to overcome it.

I really thank The Lord for the strength That he gave me during those times
I attribute my ability to overcome depression to the strength that the Lord gave me.

I can't believe I thought about ending it all Man What was I thinkin?
It is startling to reflect on the moment when I considered ending my life.

But thankfully, I'm here talkin to all of you
Fortunately, I made it through those challenging times and am here speaking to all of you today.

I really hope this song Doesn't change the way that you view me
I do not want this song to alter your perception of who I am as an individual.

If anything, It should inspire you to speak out, And let everyone know the real you
I hope that the song encourages you to speak out and disclose your true self to others.
