To cope with my emotions and despair, I resorted to making music as it was my sole method of healing

I felt like my life was stagnant with no progress or direction

Was asking god why he put me through this damn storm
I questioned God as to why I had to endure this intense and challenging time

I know I’m blessed so I shouldn't be stressed
I’m aware that I'm fortunate so I shouldn't be anxious or worried

But that doesn’t matter when you got evil in your head
However, that realization is insignificant when negative thoughts and emotions start to take over

My intentions were always measured by success
I was focused on achieving success which determined the motives behind my actions

I guess that’s why I always felt the need to be the best
The pressure to succeed led me to strive for excellence constantly
