I started this on Monday so today is day 5! I am seeing physical changes in my stomach for sure! and I lost around 2-3 pounds atm! I didn't take measurements because I am doing this more so for weight loss than sizes! I am planning to do this workout, portion control, walking ( at work), and a few other workouts (including some of Lucy's other vids) for the rest of my summer ( so 9 weeks for me ) and we will see how it goes! Week 1 : Hiiii!! So week one is done! tdy is Monday and I weighed myself this morning ( straight out of bed no eating or working out) And I saw I lost 4 pounds!! As I stated previously I do work at a place where I walk a lot so that helped but Lucy's vids really helped so I'm gonna keep doing them!! Also, I did have Sunday as my rest day because I really just wanted to chill so if you guys need a rest day definitely take one!
Week 2 : this week was so horrible , it has been a lot going on so I didn't get to truly exercise fr so I will pick back up tmr and I'll update yall on week three in a few days!

day 3: 😅 i needed a rest, cuz my muscles were sore. so, i replaced that workout with 30 min. yoga (@madymorrison). I didn't lose any weight , but visually it seems like i did. i can't believe, but my waist is 79cm rn.🤯 I'm not joking 😂

I have a huge belly and a huge puff face

Day 1: the last exercise made my neck ache
Day 2: I can do the exercise without break
Day 3: I'm still having a hard time on the last exercise, but overall it's good, I'm not losing weight yet
Day 4: I lost 1kg today when I weighed myself
Day 5: My weight is still the same, I forgot to eat healthy food today
Day 6: My back still hurts when I do the last exercise

I eat whatever I want for breakfast and lunch. The only thing that changes is that I skip my meals every evening.

The vegetable salad that I eat is just lettuce, cucumber, and tomato. If you want mayo you can add some.

I still eat rice, pasta, fish, meat and junk foods only in the morning and afternoon.

I skip meals every evening.

I only did it once in the evening when I skipped meals.

Day 1: ✅ I almost died but I carried on and I even did it a second time, but I don’t think I did as well on the second one. I was really tired. But I took a shower and now I feel great!

Day 2: ✅ did it! I didn’t do it twice today because my arm is really hurting. I’m not sure whether that’s because I didn’t stretch properly or something. I really struggled with the 3rd one because of my arm but I powered through it and I feel better for it!

Day 3: ✅ it was a lot easier today! My arm still hurts a little but it’s feeling better and I managed to do it without feeling like I’m gonna die but still feeling its effects and being a sweaty monster lmao.

Day 4: ✅ I swear I did do it, I just forgot to update lmao! My arm is feeling so much better. For some reason I found it quite hard tho, but it wasn’t too hard, I could still do it yk.

Day 5: ✅ I have so much more energy today! Wowza lmao. I did it a lot more easily today and it feels great wooooooop!

Day 6: ✅ soooooo I did it! Not too bad but I realised that I’ve been doing the skaters lunge incorrectly this whole time. That’ll probably effect my results but it’s okay, after the 7 days I’m still going to continue with this workout and I’m going to try some of her others too! Also it’s so freaking tempting to weigh myself but I will not do it until after the 7 days!😭

I am shocked with the results, definitely seeing and feeling a change in my body. I am so grateful and happy to be able to break out of my sedentary lifestyle. Since im starting this here is my progress <3

Day 1: i definitely feel the burn! slightly out of breath but not too extreme

Day 2: although i could've put more effort in i completed the workout today! was easier then yesterday too

Day 3: i did it! there was more effort this time and im very proud of myself. tummy is also less bloated than usual

Day 4: wasn't feeling the best about my body today, working out made me feel better though! call me crazy but im looking quite a bit slimmer than i did day 1

Day 5: not proud of myself, no workout today

Day 6: no workout today either 😬

Tried this for the last week - along with no snacking. On day 3 I came down with the flu so I stuck at it but didn’t do much more unfortunately!

Nothing from top waist

Also I felt much more energised despite being poorly!

Day 1: Pretty hard but I did itttttt

Day 2: Made it !! Odd but the bicycle crunches were even harder than yesterday, but I feel good now that I'm done with my daily workout. Will update tomorrow :)

Day 3: Did it again !! I really started to feel the burn, and I sweat a lot too haha. I think I am starting to see a bit of a difference in my belly, the fat is starting to go away and my waist was .5 inch smaller already. Definetly doing it at least until my 7 days are done.

Day 4: Done!! I now am seeing that my belly is flatter, not completely flat but getting there. I also weighed myself this morning, and I already lost 2 pounds compared to day 1. Unbelievable.

Day 5: Didn't give up :))) Weighed myself this morning, was at 147.3 lbs. In just 5 days, it's pretty insane. Sweat a lot, but I am more determined than ever.

Day 6: Did it !! Seems easier than at the beginning :))

Day 7: Last day of the official week !! I am definitely seeing changes on myself, belly is flatter, legs are thinner and more muscular, waist is smaller... I am going to weigh myself tomorrow morning and tell you my final weigh after this week. Continuing this until I reach my target weigh, good luck on your journey!!

I'm 18 years old.
I do this workout with my 12 year old sister.
Day 1: it was pretty difficult for me but somehow managed to complete the whole thing. I'm really sweaty for doing that exercise. Feels good.

Day 2: The first and last one is still pretty difficult for me. I still couldn't do the number of times she does in one min. I'm kind of gaining confidence and pushing myself. Left me all sweaty in just 7 minutes of exercise.

Day 3: Today was pretty easy for me. I feel happy with myself now. I'm gonna stick to it:)) ( I also walk for like 15-20 minutes before exercising in the morning)

Day 4: I couldn't do my best cuz of body pains 😭 still pushed myself to complete everything. Waiting for results...

Day 5: (Forgot to update yesterday )
It felt more easy. I feel more energetic:).... waiting for results.

I did this religiously for the last 7 days. Every morning before I ate. I also used portion control when it comes to food. Ate everything I wanted to but used portion control ( side note , getting a baby bowl helps when it comes to snacks such as chips ). When I'm full I stop eating. Also tried to be mindful about balancing carbs and veg during the day

Widest part of my waist - 103 cm

Smallest part of my waist - 86 cm

After:

Widest part of my waist - 97 cm ( lost 6 cm)

Smallest part of my waist - 82 cm (lost 4 cm)
