The curent member are Takeshi, Schnell, Yuki, Hiroyuki and Akito. The former members are Kazuya, Keiichi and Tomoya.
The group was formed on July 25th, 2012 under the name of "180EAST" but changed their name into SOLIDEMO on April 17th, 2013. Their name is a combination of the words "SOLID" for super cool, and "EMO" for emotional. They have a serene and dignified side, but at times sing romantic and emotional love songs, which is why they were named SOLIDEMO.

Just to help you feel less old ... I taught their parents English in the mid 90’s . Since you appear to like Anime you will most likely get this joke ... My first name begins with H and my middle with E ... after roughly 13 minutes one bright enterprising student figured this out and for the rest of my career I was dubbed ( .... wait for it ... )
