All the violence and suffering in the world is making me doubt and question things

Where is the love?
Asking where all the compassion and empathy has gone in the world

A rhetorical question about what's causing all the problems in the world

People are living recklessly and without responsibility

I think the whole world addicted to the drama
People are drawn to conflict and chaos

Only attracted to things that'll bring you trauma
People are drawn to negative situations that will ultimately harm them

Overseas, yeah, we try to stop terrorism
The world is trying to combat terrorism on a global scale

However, there are still terrorists operating within our own borders

But if you only have love for your own race

Then you only leave space to discriminate
Then there's no room for understanding and acceptance of different cultures and races

And to discriminate only generates hate
Discrimination leads to animosity and hostility towards those who are different

And when you hate then you're bound to get irate, yeah
Hate is a powerful and destructive emotion that can lead to anger and aggression

Madness is what you demonstrate
When you act out of hate and anger, you're demonstrating madness

And that's exactly how anger works and operates
Anger feeds on itself and can lead to even more anger and violence

Now, you gotta have love just to set it straight
Only by practicing love and compassion can we hope to end the cycle of hate and violence

Take control of your mind and meditate
Meditation can help us gain control of our minds and emotions

We should focus on love and empathy to guide our souls

As one grows older, it feels like people become less empathetic and caring

People are too focused on making money and not on helping others

The media is not always truthful or honest

Negative images, it's the main criteria
The media is focused on showing negative and sensationalized stories

Infecting the young minds faster than bacteria
The negative messages in the media are having a harmful effect on young people

Kids want to act like what they see in the cinema
Children are imitating what they see in movies

Yo', whatever happened to the values of humanity
What happened to the basic values of compassion and empathy?

Whatever happened to the fairness in equality
What happened to treating everyone the same and with fairness?

Instead in spreading love we're spreading animosity

All of this negativity is making me feel down and discouraged
