S Club 7 became very popular in the UK and America with their show, Miami 7, which changed name to L.A. 7 in a later season. Accompanying the show were TV length movies. S Club 7 reached a high level of fame with such hit singles such as: Bring It All Back, Never Had A Dream Come True, Don't Stop Movin and Have You Ever.
The group changed their name to S Club. The name was changed due to the loss of Paul, who left to pursue other endeavours. They eventually split in 2003 amid rumours of drug and alcohol problems for members and internal struggles between the cast members. Rachel Stevens is the only member who has gone on to find any significant solo success.
S Club Juniors (also known as S Club 8) were a less successful spin-off group, who were made up of teenagers and pre-teens.
S Club 7's reunion was confirmed in 2014. The group performed for that year's BBC Children in Need and also toured across the UK the following year.

Hey if anyone is reading this, any S Club 7 fans out there, reliving the past watching their videos and checking down the comment section and seeing me all over almost all videos of them. Yah sorry about that. Very sorry if I’m commenting TOO much. I just found out about them this year and I absolutely adore them. They’re one of the best things that has happened to me this year and I’m grateful for that. I just feel a need to share my Positive thoughts on these guys. I just have sooooo much to say cuz tbh, this is youtube, you can say anything and they’re positive messages, anyways. I really love them! They gave me a whole understanding of what the past had to offer. And I really do love and appreciate older music. And I’m so jealous that they’re not a part of my childhood like they are of yours. It’s painful but whatever. I’ve learned that cheesy music isn’t always bad music. Kids and teens of today just don’t know how to handle the cheese. Your message deeply touches my heart. S Club 7 is the musical group of my life. They changed my life when I was a teenager, they accompanied me in the worst moments of loneliness and hopelessness. At that time everyone made fun of the pre-made pop groups but I always loved them and enjoyed their music and TV series, being a fan to this day. As you say, I wish many children and young people had valued this beautiful group of boys more. Unfortunately, our dear Paul passed away in April 2023, he will live forever in our hearts. It is never too late and I hope you can continue enjoying the music and its beautiful messages that will always accompany us.
