After three albums, eight singles (including 5 top 10 singles), a children's television programme (I Dream), and two name changes, the group disbanded in 2004. Since then, some members have been trying to do their own solo efforts. Most notably Aaron as a dancer, Rochelle as a presenter on CBBC Saturday morning shows, and now Frankie and Rochelle in the girl band named The Saturdays who supported Girls Aloud.

I know life sometimes can spin your head around
Calvin:
Don't let the world get on top of you turning you upside down
Jay:
Better days are comin'
Just remember one thing
You know you're never alone
All:
Anytime, anywhere
You can call on me and I'll be there
Someone you can rely on
Be a shoulder you can cry on
Anytime, anywhere
You can trust in me, I'm always there
To give you all my lovin'
Say the word, I will come running
Anytime you need me to,
I'll be there for you
Stacey:
Sometimes I can't see the light though it's shining all around
Rochelle:
It's all right the future is bright and the walls will come tumbling down
Jay:
Better days are comin' (Rochelle: better days are coming!)
Just remember one thing (Rochelle: Just one thing!)
Wherever you are near or far
You know you're never alone
All:
Anytime, anywhere
You can call on me and I'll be there
Someone you can rely on
Be a shoulder you can cry on
Anytime, anywhere
You can trust in me I'm always there
To give you all my lovin'
Say the word I will come running
Anytime you need me to,
I'll be there for you
Anytime, anywhere
Say the word, I'll be there
I'll be your light, be your friend
I'll be there 'til the end
Anytime, anywhere
Say the word, I'll be there
I'll be your light, be your friend
I'll be there 'til the end
Anytime, anywhere
You can call on me and I'll be there
Someone you can rely on
Be a shoulder you can cry on
Anytime, anywhere
You can trust in me I'm always there
To give you all my lovin'
Say the word I will come runnin'
Anytime you need me to,
I'll be there for you
Anytime, Anywhere
Say the word, I'll be there
I'll be your light, be your nutse
I'll be there 'til the end
The song "Anytime Anywhere" by S Club 8 (formerly S Club Juniors) is an uplifting ballad assuring listeners that they'll always have someone to rely on, no matter what life throws their way. The opening lyrics, sung by Frankie, acknowledge how overwhelming life can be, with its ups and downs that can leave one feeling dizzy and disoriented. Calvin's response, "Don't let the world get on top of you turning you upside down," serves as a reminder that it's important to stay grounded and not let external factors control one's emotions.
In the chorus, the rest of the group joins in to offer a sense of comfort and support. They vow to be there for anyone who needs them, no matter the time or place. They'll be a reliable shoulder to cry on and offer words of encouragement. The bridge emphasizes the same message, reiterating that they'll always be a trusted friend no matter what happens.
The song's themes of friendship, trust, and support are ones that many can relate to. At its core, "Anytime Anywhere" is an ode to the power of human connection and the comfort that can come from knowing that one has a dependable support system.
