Subconscious
Samantha James Lyrics

I'm intoxicated
I can feel you moving to the song
It's breaking it down
And you'll see I can't take this
'Cause I know this is where I would go
Just waiting to feel your kiss
Your energy is totally on
Now that I'm here in your hands
Help me understand
Take me where you think I would go
With no inhibitions
This intuition, yeah
I hear it coming for you, you, you
Tell me, why don't you get here and
say about you
Although destiny has waited
In this physically, I'm aching
So I could just leave
And fly in home to you
Feel that nothing here's deceiving
I believe, oh, I can feel it
So I could just leave
And fly in home to you
I know it's not by chance
You put me in a trance
Your energy is turning me on
It's breaking me down
I will say I can't escape
Because I know this is where I would go
Just waiting to feel your kiss
Touching my lips
Our chemistry is turning me on
Now that I'm here in your hands
Help me understand
Take me where you think I would go
With no inhibitions
This intuition, yeah
I hear it coming for you, yeah, for you
Although destiny has waited
In this physically, I'm aching
So I could just leave
And fly in home to you
Feel that nothing here's deceiving
I believe, oh, I can feel it
So I could just leave
And fly in home to you
Although destiny has waited
In this physically, I'm aching
So I could just leave
And fly in home to you
Feel that nothing here's deceiving
I believe, oh, I can feel it
So I could just leave
And fly in home to you
You make my heart beat dance
I'm intoxicated
I can feel you moving to the song
In the song "Subconscious" by Samantha James, the lyrics describe the feeling of being unable to resist the attraction and pull of someone's energy. The singer feels intoxicated and entranced by the person they are with and cannot resist the physical and emotional connection between them. The lyrics paint a picture of a physical and emotional dance between two people, with the singer waiting for the other person's kiss and longing to be taken where the other person thinks they should go.
The repeated refrain of "Although destiny has waited / In this physically, I'm aching / So I could just leave / And fly in home to you / Feel that nothing here's deceiving / I believe, oh, I can feel it" suggests a sense of urgency and inevitability in the connection between the two people. Despite any external obstacles or doubts, both parties feel that the connection between them is real and powerful enough to overcome any challenges.
Overall, "Subconscious" is a song that captures the feeling of being swept away by desire and connection. The lyrics are dreamy and romantic, and the pulsing beat and repetitive melody underscore the feeling of being lost in the moment.
